rhapsodic moments & top-notch muffin recipes.

a list of good feelings:

1. being in charge.

2. being moved. (emotionally, of course. being moved physically would not necessarily make my list of good feelings.)

3. baking.

4. being complimented on product of said baking.

5. drinking raspberry tea.

6. browsing pbteen’s wall accessory collection (le sigh).

7. experiencing all of the above in one day.

blackberry muffins
(recipe: savannah martiniere)

2 1/2 all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon milk
1 cup sugar
8 tbsp melted butter
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups fresh blackberries

combine flour, baking powder/soda, and salt in a huge bowl. in a smaller one, whisk together eggs, sour cream, milk, vanilla, sugar, and butter. combine the two in the massive bowl and stir just until they are combined. toss in the blackberries (pretty sure i used more than 1 1/2 cups) and bake at 400°F for 15-17 minutes. so tasttttty.
